OnTop Dental Supplies ships items within the continental United States and Canada. Certain products have limitations and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Upon placing an order, we'll estimate the shipping and delivery timelines based on item availability and chosen shipping preferences. Estimated shipping dates, depending on the carrier, will be indicated on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping costs for most items are determined by zip code and weight.

For certain delicate dental equipment requiring special handling, OnTop Dental Supplies utilizes standard freight, and UPS.

At OnTop Dental Supplies, we gladly accept returns for any product that doesn't meet your satisfaction, provided the following conditions are met. Get in touch with our customer service team to initiate a return.

• Returns require a copy of the original invoice, detailing the reason for the return.
• All returns must be in their original, unopened, and unmarked packaging.
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
• Product returns must be made within 15 days of receipt; returns beyond this period may incur a restocking fee.
• Equipment like hand pieces, ultrasonic machines, curing lights, etc., cannot be returned. However, manufacturer warranties cover defects or malfunctions.
• Any shortages or errors in the package must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
